Shipping & Returns

OVERVIEW
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you notice an issue with the product or anything else on the order, please submit a return request.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

SHIPPING

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. This means that if your order subtotal exceeds $100 before taxes and discounts, you are eligible for complimentary shipping.

  2. Shipping Methods: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your orders are delivered securely and in a timely manner. Our standard shipping methods include USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  3. Shipping Times: The estimated shipping times vary depending on your location within the continental United States. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-13 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

  4. Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we require a processing time of 1-2 business days to prepare and package your items for shipment. Please take this into consideration when estimating the total time it will take for your order to reach you.

  5. Tracking Information: As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to conveniently monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.

  6. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping reach in the future.

  7. Shipping Updates and Notifications: We understand the excitement of receiving your order. We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process, including any significant updates or delays that may occur.

  8. Shipping Fees: For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee will apply. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

  9. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 205 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 810 Chicago, IL 60601 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Usually between 3-5 business days (holiday and peek seasons, expect increased delays).

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). If you haven’t registered on blis.surf and added proper billing methods, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim a shipment won’t be available for re-shipping and will be donated to charity at cost.

Blis Surf does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, intimate apparel or worn garments. These types of products are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with these items included won’t be available for re-shipping and will be disposed of accordingly.

The return request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
